Our prices contain two components:

1. An $800 set up fee for the template that you buy. Your first year hosting fee is included in the $800 set up fee. After you pay your set up fee, you can create hundreds of identical websites to sell to your clients with no additional fees paid.

2. An annual website hosting fee of $400, due at the end of each year. The hosting fee is non-refundable.

Each parent website comes with a user log in for sellers to access their own website and a buyer log in to access the Buyer Mini Web Portal.
